환불규정 안내

ㅁ 예약일 7일 ~ 2일전 : 전액환불 (단, 은행명이 다른 경우 수수료 500원 제외)
ㅁ 예약일 1일전 : 20%  환불
ㅁ 환불 사유 발생 시 특별한 사정이 없는 한 3일 ~ 5일 이내 반환처리
ㅁ 우천시 시간당  60mm 이상일 경우 환불
ㅁ 예약일 변경 시에는 1회만 가능하고 최소 3일전 연락주셔야 합니다.

Refunds policies
▷ A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled 2 to 7 days in advance. (However, if the bank name is different, 500 won is excluded as a commission.)
▷ Only 20% of the price will be given if the reservation is cancelled just before the day.
▷ If the reason for refund occurs, refund shall be processed within 3 to 5 days unless there is a special reason.
▷ Refund will be given if it is more than 60mm per hour on rainy days.
▷ If you change the reservation date, you can only do it once and you have to contact us at least 3 days in advance.
