우리가 먹는 쌀의 현미층엔 쌀의 95% 이상의 영양성분이 모여있습니다.

Chorok Miso Maeul, located in Oseong-myeon, Pyeongtaek city, was designated as a green village by the Ministry for food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in 2009, It is a natural healing center contributing to the national health by operating a golden therapy using 100% naturally heated rice brans, and it is providing diverse participatory programs.
Rice bran is made as the brown layer of rice is accumulated, and more than 95% of nutrients are concentrated in the brown layer.
If fermenting this naturally, high heat and enzyme are created as the cells of microorganisms are divied (vibration), and a natural antibiotic is created by enzyme action.
